Your account
whimzzz is for parents and guardians. When you create an account, please give us accurate information so we can keep it secure and reach you if we ever need to. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe.
The stories
Every story we weave is for your family — for personal, non-commercial enjoyment at home. The stories your account creates belong to you; keep them, share them with your family, and read them as often as your little dreamer likes.
Fair use
Our free tier comes with sensible limits so every family gets a fair turn with the Story Engine. Please don't ask us to weave anything abusive, unsafe, or unsuitable for children — whimzzz is a gentle place, and we intend to keep it that way.
Plans and payments
The free plan needs no card. whimzzz Plus is a paid monthly plan sold by Danblob Technologies Ltd (company no. 17437849, registered in England and Wales, 4 Tapestry Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 6WT). Plus gives your family a new story every night — that is, 30 new stories in each monthly billing period. Re-reading the stories in your library is always free.
Plus renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price shown at checkout, in US dollars or Indonesian rupiah, is the price you pay. You can cancel any time from your account; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month, and you keep Plus until then. We don't refund part-months, except where the law gives you that right. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
When you join Plus you ask us to start it straight away. Because Plus begins immediately, you acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel a digital service ends once it starts; we ask for that consent at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe under its own terms, and whimzzz never sees or stores your card details.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time as whimzzz grows. When we do, we'll post the update here, so it's always worth a second look.
